What youll do:
You will help shape the future of SAPs deal and renewal experience-simple automated and increasingly supported by Artificial Intelligence.
Your responsibilities include:
Take ownership of parts of theManage Deal and Manage Renewal processesand steer them with clear direction
Work confidently withExperts andSenior Managementacross SAP to align decisions and keep all teams connected
Design flexible and automated process and system flowsin close collaborationwith IT delivery teams to support future business needs
Identify practical ways to use agentbased Artificial Intelligence to remove manual work and speed up deal and renewal activities
Partner with Business Process and IT teams to identify improvement opportunities and ensure theDeal andRenewal processes you are responsible forruns smoothly from start to finish
Work closely with Global Commercial Finance to connect policy topics with process needs and turn complex business and policy changes into clear requirements and updates
Contribute to improving renewal and selfservice features in SAP for Me including supporting adoption of MCCA renewal flows
Help define useful KPIs to track performance and guide improvement actions
What you bring:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field
5 years of experience in Business Process Management Business Operations Controlling Global Commercial Finance or in a customerfacing role
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex topics into clear actions
Experience working with SAP systems and a datadriven approach to decision making
Proven ability to improve crossfunctional processes with a focus on simplification and automation
Strong stakeholder management including handling risks escalations and steering discussions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English enabling effective collaboration across teams
Proactive strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and develop practical solutions
