Job Summary

Position: Trainee Recruiter

Location: Prague Czech Republic (on-site)

Employment type: Full-time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and screen suitable candidates for open positions
Build/grow your own candidate pipeline/portfolio
Prepare the candidates CVs for submission to clients
Arrange interviews with candidates for senior consultants
Contact potential clients via phone or email
Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in Dutch (C1) both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2)
Recent graduate
No previous recruitment experience
Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered an advantage
Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
Customer-oriented with an ability to build and nurture the relation
An ability to work within tight timescale and meet deadlines
A Can-do attitude and proactive approach
Good computer skills with sound knowledge of MS Office package
Ability to travel in line with the business needs
Thriving in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Eligible to live and work in Czech Republic.
