Position: Trainee Recruiter
Location: Prague Czech Republic (on-site)
Employment type: Full-time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and screen suitable candidates for open positions
- Build/grow your own candidate pipeline/portfolio
- Prepare the candidates CVs for submission to clients
- Arrange interviews with candidates for senior consultants
- Contact potential clients via phone or email
- Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Dutch (C1) both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2)
- Recent graduate
- No previous recruitment experience
- Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered an advantage
- Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
- Customer-oriented with an ability to build and nurture the relation
- An ability to work within tight timescale and meet deadlines
- A Can-do attitude and proactive approach
- Good computer skills with sound knowledge of MS Office package
- Ability to travel in line with the business needs
- Thriving in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Eligible to live and work in Czech Republic.
