Your Impact as a Clinical Authorizations Associate:

• Reviewing treatment plans and clinical documents for initial and ongoing authorizations

• Ensuring treatment plans reflect medical necessity and adhere to behavior analytic principles

• Submitting clinical documentation within required deadlines

• Tracking and reporting feedback from insurance payors

• Conducting clinical calls with insurance providers to support authorizations

As an ideal Clinical Authorizations Associate candidate you bring to Proud Moments ABA:

• ActiveBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification required
• Experience conducting assessments and writing treatment and behavior intervention plans (preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and phone presence
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

Salary Range:$60000 - $70000 Annually
