1. Clinical Supervision & Oversight

• Conduct assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP ABLLS-R ATEC etc)
• Develop individualized program treatment plans (follow company protocol) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on client needs and assessment results
• Supervise behavior technicians/RBTs providing regular and weekly clinical oversight training and support
• Monitor and analyze data on a weekly basis to ensure treatment fidelity and adjust interventions as needed
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and ethical standards

2. Parent Training & Communication

• Provide weekly and ongoing parent and caregiver training as part of the clients treatment plan
• Maintain professional communication with families addressing concerns and celebrating progress
• Ensure parents understand treatment goals they complete their assignments behavior protocols and how to reinforce behavior strategies at home

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Review data collection weekly and regularly to track client progress and make informed decisions
• Write progress reports and submit documentation in accordance with insurance or funding source timelines (due date for concurrent report is 3 weeks prior to authorization end date)
• Participate in regular and weekly team meetings or coordination with other providers when applicable

4. Staff Training & Development

• Train newly hired RBTs and behavior technicians on ABA strategies data collection and behavior protocols
• Conduct regular field observations and feedback sessions
• Address performance issues and help technicians grow professionally

5. Administrative & Compliance Tasks

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure session notes are completed at the end of each appt treatment plans and reports meet insurance and regulatory standards
• Is responsible in ensuring that all technician sessions get made-up as per company standards (i.e. there is scheduling that needs management)
