Job Summary

Title:Lettings Coordinator

Contract Type:PermanentFT 35 hours

Salary:26775per annum to 29280per annum (London weighted salary) or 22994per annum to 25178per annum (Regional salary) dependant on experience

Reporting Office:London Stratford or Manchester Trafford

Persona:Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location(hybrid working)

Wereseekinga proactive highly organised Lettings Coordinator to support our growing Lettings Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone keen to develop their career with clear pathways for learning and progression.

In this roleyoullplay a key part in helping us deliver a seamless lettings journey from first enquiry to successful occupation. Working closely with Lettings Associates Tenancy Progression and Property Management teamsyoullensure our homes are let quickly compliantly and to the right applicants.

You will have a genuine passion for London Property and will bring a positive and adaptable approach to delivering exceptional customer service in fast paced lettings environment.

Your impact in the role:

  • Supporting the smooth progression of lettings files in line with KPIs and compliance standards

  • Managing incoming enquiries from prospective applicants

  • Coordinating launch events and block viewings

  • Assistingwith applicant database management and ensuringaccuratetimelycommunication

  • Helping to convert enquiries and viewings into reservations and successful tenancies

  • Producing and distributing customer reports to support the wider team

  • Gathering customer feedback to support continuous improvement

  • Working closely with internal teams including Property Management Tenancy ProgressionSalesand Development

  • Administering purchase ordersinvoicesand subscriptions for the Lettings Team

  • Ensuring adherence to governance regulatorystandardsand best practice

Whatyoullbring:

  • Knowledge and experience of the lettings sector ideally gained within an agency or similar customerfocused environment

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly professional approach

  • Strong written and verbal communicationskills

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to targets and deadlines

  • Proven administrative experience with high attention to detail and accuracy incompletingadministrative tasks

  • Advanced IT skills includingMS Office and lettings/CRM systems
