At CKH were committed to delivering highquality homes and outstanding customer experiences. As our new Team Leader youll guide a dedicated team and take ownership of delivering an efficient customerfocused lettings service that supports our communities and strengthens our reputation.

In this key leadership role you will:

• Lead and motivate a diverse team ensuring excellent customer service at every stage of the lettings journey.
• Manage the full lettings process from vacancy management to allocations garage lettings and mutual exchanges.
• Minimise void periods and drive improvements in keytokey times.
• Provide expert guidance on legislation policies and best practice.
• Oversee budget management forecasting and reporting.
• Produce highquality performance reports and insights for senior management.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams partner agencies local authorities and external stakeholders.
• Support customers requiring temporary or emergency accommodation.
• Champion customer engagement and ensure service improvements reflect customer insight.

Youll bring:

• Solid understanding of property law landlord/tenant legislation nomination agreements and lettings best practice.
• Background in housing or property management ideally in a regulated environment.
• Proven success in leading highperforming teams.
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft applications).
• Experience with complaint handling and delivering customerfocused services.

Youll be:

• A confident decisionmaker with strong problemsolving skills.
• An excellent communication written verbal and presentation.
• Have the ability to influence across teams and build strong working relationships.
• Highly organised adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Comfortable analysing data and reporting on KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Relevant vocational qualification or diploma.
• CIH Level 3 or 4 or working towards (desirable but not essential).

Additional information:

• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Access to an insured vehicle for business use.
• DBS Check required
