Job Summary

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Legal Officer to support corporate legal operations including drafting and reviewing agreements handling litigation and non-litigation matters property due diligence and legal research. The role requires strong knowledge of land and real estate laws the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and fluency in Marathi Hindi and English. Candidates with 5 years of experience and exposure to court or tribunal matters will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and reviewing commercials and various agreements including but not limited to MoU NDA service agreements purchase agreements etc.
Provide administrative support for legal documentation.
Assist with corporate initiatives like litigation & non litigation employment matters trademarks.
Attend matters before the respective courts tribunals and quasi-judicial authorities for the respective matters as and when required.
Conduct legal research and analyze case laws and statutes prepare chronology of the matter / list of dates and minutes of the meeting notes on the matter.
Title due diligence reading and understanding of all revenue documents to carry out a thorough due diligence of the property / land and carrying out legal searches of various aspects of properties and lands and assisting in transactions from start to finish.
Strong decision-making skills in addressing legal risks and challenges.
Efficient in handling multiple cases or tasks under tight deadlines.
Candidates must be well versed in Marathi Hindi and English language and able to read and translate Marathi documents.
Familiar with filing of documents and file preparation.

Job Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Law.
Candidates are expected to be well versed with the MS office & Google sheets and docs.
Knowledge of local state and central laws (including but not limited to land property and real estate transactions).
Law Graduates having a minimum 5 years and above of experience in law.
Candidates from Mumbai location are preferred.
Candidates must be well versed in Marathi Hindi and English language.
