About the Team & Business Line:
Citco Custody Limited (CCL) provides depositary services to CFS clients with over $200bn in net assets. Operating in strategic global centers CFS provides clients with access to best of breedprocess and technology of which CCL plays an important role.
As a core member of our Depositary team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery acrossdepositaryservices.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
You will establish and maintain appropriate control environment to ensure the CCL fulfils its depositary obligations.
You will ensure adherence to allpolicies & procedures.
You will review and sign-off on all Depositary Administrator work including cash flow monitoring safekeeping of assets and investment compliance reviews.
You will perform comprehensive independent reviews of Net Asset Valuations.
You will liaise with other departments to ensure error/breaches are recorded and resolved in a timely manner as well as ensure prompt escalation to management of any issues.
You will work with clients to resolve queries and escalate any issues building client relationships.
You will provide weekly departmental reporting to management as well as assist in the preparation of quarterly board reports.
You will assist with compilation of material for SOC testing on-site reviews and annual audit.
You will assist with training development and motivation of the team to ensure a positive working environment.
You will have the opportunity to Identify and propose procedural enhancements as well as assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
You will provide assistance during on-site inspections.
Qualifications
About You:
You have a third level business/finance/ law qualification and a minimum of 3-5 years depositary services experience within the funds industry.
You are able to display knowledge of hedge funds.
You have previous experience supervising a team.
You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal effectiveness.
