The Opportunity:

As an Electrical Supervisoryou willbe responsible formanaging subcontractors construction teams and suppliers to ensure electrical works are delivered safely on time and within budget. You will oversee daily site activities reviews schedules andensurefull compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

• Ability to work on projects acrossEuropeUK& ROI whilst being the clients main point of contact onsite from implementation to final handover.

• Identifyrisks issues and actions throughout the life cycle of the project.

• Ensure project milestones are adhered to by all parties bymaintainingconstant and consistent communication channels and ensuring that the relevant sign off documents are completed

• Liaise with procurement department to ensuretimelydelivery of materials onsite to meet the agreed programme of works

• Oversee system commissioning performance testing and handover to the client.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project reports schedules and correspondence.

• Supervise the day-to-day activities on large scale solar project sites ensuring adherence to safety protocols quality standards and project specifications.

• Conduct regular site inspections tomonitorprogress and address any issues that may arise.

• Lead and motivate a team of solar installers technicians and subcontractors.

• ConductweeklyQCauditsand inspections toidentifyand address any quality issues promptly.

• Possess a strong understanding of solar energy systems including photovoltaic technology inverters and battery storage systems.

• Prepare andsubmitregular project status reports to management and clients.

Qualifications/Key Skills

• Electrical Background/Trade or relevant industry experience is essential.

• Commercial or industrial project experience necessary preferably in Renewable/ Solar PV or Utilities projects.

• Previousmanagement or supervisory experience.

• High degree of accuracy in detail and presentation.

• Previous experience of working within a similar fast-paced environment which involved resolving queries and successful delivery of projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels within an organisation.

• Strict attention to detail

• Ability to work off own initiative and self-motivated inidentifyingnew business.

• Strong organisational skills with proven ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Proactive approach to innovation and problem solving.
