ESSENTIALFUNCTIONSOFTHE POSITIONINCLUDEBUTARE NOTLIMITEDTO:

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
• Adhere to all company standard operating procedures
• Provide information to guests regarding our venues menus and pricing
• Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business
• Maintain line of sight/atmosphere of the pool ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the pool area throughout shift
• Appropriately addresses any issues concern or guest violations with guests
• Recognize and respond effectively to all emergencies
• Enforce all facility rules and regulations
• Reports any unsafe conditions to the Pool Manager Security or Lead Lifeguard
• Recognize and/or monitor potentially intoxicated and/or disruptive guests and promptly bring to a managers attention
• Comply with all safety and health department procedures as well as Company and/or departmental policies/procedures
• Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned

EDUCATION/WORKINGKNOWLEDGE:

• Minimum of one to three (1-3) months related work experience or training preferred
• 18 years of age
• Maintain a professional neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
