Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Source identify and develop new business opportunities within the BMS market.
- Create and deliver engaging technical presentations to demonstrate products and services to potential customers.
- Work closely with the engineering team to understand customer needs and provide effective pre and postsales support.
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to successful project delivery.
- Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
- Monitor industry developments market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare and submit regular reports covering sales performance pipeline activity and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in BMS project sales or a closely related discipline.
- Solid technical understanding of Building Management Systems.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Capability to explain technical solutions clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Highly selfmotivated with a proactive resultsfocused mindset.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across the south of the UK as required.
