Job Summary
Job Title: Relationship Manager / Senior Manager – Mortgage (DSA Channel)
Locations & Vacancies:
Borivali Mumbai
Vashi Mumbai
Kanjurmarg Mumbai
Interview Dates: 10th 11th & 12th February
Company: Leading Housing Finance / Mortgage Lending Organization
Experience Required: 1–5 Years in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP Sales (DSA Channel Mandatory)
CTC: As per market standards
Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSA) to generate business for Mortgage / HL / LAP products.
Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets through DSAs.
Conduct regular visits to DSAs to ensure active engagement and lead flow.
Evaluate customer profiles coordinate with credit teams and ensure smooth loan processing.
Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP products.
Excellent relationship management & negotiation skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work with DSAs and deliver monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
Graduation mandatory
Experience in DSA channel is essential
Candidates with prior experience in Mortgage/Home Loans will be given preference
