Job Summary
IFS Industries is a leading Manufacturer of adhesives coatings and polymers has an exciting opportunity for a motivated recruiter with experience in manufacturing recruiting.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying attracting and selecting top talent to join our organization. This will involve recruitment of hourly and salaried positions at multiple sites in the U.S. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong network and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers candidates and external partners.
*Please note this is not a remote position*
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to meet business needs.
- Create job postings advertisements and social media content.
- Utilize networks job boards and social media to source qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews skills assessments and reference checks.
- Build relationships communicate application status and provide exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide recruitment guidance.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- 3 years of recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing recruitment principles practices and technologies
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple openings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual - English/Spanish
- Recruitment certification (e.g. PRC Certified Social and New Media Recruiter)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with diversity equity and inclusion initiatives

- Travel requirements: Occasional travel for recruitment events or conferences
- Working conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work options
