Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to support a complex high-performance network infrastructure spanning enterprise data centers and AWS cloud environments. This role is critical in maintaining 24x7x365 uptime performance and reliability across production and corporate networks.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administration monitoring and support of enterprise and production network infrastructure
- Support incident response and troubleshooting across LAN/WAN data center and cloud (AWS/VPC) environments
- Assist in maintaining high availability and performance of critical systems supporting global gaming platforms
- Configure monitor and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP OSPF EIGRP) and redundancy protocols (HSRP VRRP)
- Support and manage network hardware and security appliances including Cisco and Juniper devices
- Assist with firewall configuration and VPN connectivity (IPSec SSL-VPN)
- Work with load balancing technologies such as F5 Big-IP (LTM/GTM)
- Monitor network health using tools such as SolarWinds Nagios Observium Cacti SNMP and Syslog
- Participate in on-call rotation and support high-priority production incidents
- Document network configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate with engineering teams on network improvements upgrades and automation initiatives
Qualifications
- 3 6 years of experience in network administration or network operations
- Strong experience with Cisco (Catalyst Nexus ISR ASA) and/or Juniper (SRX M-series)
- Solid understanding of core networking protocols (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLANs)
- Hands-on experience with routing and switching in enterprise environments
- Exposure to firewalls and network security concepts
- Experience supporting production environments with high uptime requirements
- Familiarity with network monitoring and alerting tools
- Experience with AWS networking (VPC routing security groups peering)
- Exposure to load balancing technologies (F5 Riverbed Zeus)
- Scripting or automation experience (Python Bash Ansible)
