Job Description
Job Title - Oracle WMS Transition & Knowledge Transfer Lead
Experience - 6-10 Years
Location - PAN India
Notice - Immediate to 15 Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Shadowing & Analysis: Act as a shadow resource to (existing WMS resource) gain a deep understanding of the engagements complexity the criticality of specific WMS workflows and the technical inter dependencies within the Oracle EBS R12 environment.
- Comprehensive Documentation: Systematically document all functional processes and technical objects encountered during daily activities. This includes custom objects related to shipping interfaces and site-specific warehouse configurations. The documentation for every custom object is already present need to connect the dots.
- Gap Analysis & Resource Modeling: Based on the gathered documentation and observed workload perform a capacity analysis to estimate the required headcount and specific skill sets (Functional vs. Technical) needed for a successful offshore replacement.
- Offshore Enablement: Lead the formal Transition-In phase by providing structured Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions to the offshore team ensuring they are equipped to handle US and Canada operations within the required service level agreements (SLAs).
- Final Handoff & Validation: Conduct final technical reviews and reverse KT sessions to validate that the offshore resources are fully prepared to take over day-to-day support troubleshooting and custom development.
