Our Bridge Design practice covers the full project lifecycleplanning analysis design supervision rehabilitation and retrofittingdelivering safe cost-effective and code-compliant bridge solutions across highway railway pedestrian and elevated structures.
Role Overview
We are seeking technically strong and motivated professionals with a passion for nation-building through infrastructure. The role involves bridge planning and design coordination with multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality outcomes within defined timelines.
Eligibility & Experience
- B.E./ in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- M.E./ in Structural Engineering (Mandatory)
- 5 years of relevant experience in bridge planning design and consulting (post-graduation)
Key Skills
- Bridge & highway design geometry drainage and specifications
- Knowledge of IRC MoRTH AASHTO ASTM codes
- Understanding of EPC PPP (HAM/BOT/TOT) and item-rate contracts
- Quantity estimation cost assessment and design optimization
- Coordination across design traffic safety and costing teams
Software Skills
- STAAD Expert (Mandatory)
- MIDAS AutoTURN/Vehicle Tracking InfraWorks (Preferred)
- MS Excel & PowerPoint
- GIS tools Google Earth Pro ERP/DMS (Added advantage)
