Position Responsibilities:

• Lead production engineering team for electrical portfolio for BCA in support of various programs.
• Develop operational plans aligned with functional and program objectives. Implement plans to ensure business technical and customer requirements are achieved.
• Forecasts resource needs and make hiring decisions. Coaches counsels mentors and provides developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities.
• Establish Engineering process as per Boeing and aerospace standards. Ensure they are documented and followed by the teams to meet the Process compliance.
• Partner and engage with internal and external stakeholders maintain relationships/partnerships with internal customers peers and partners to develop strategies goals and objectives that are consistent with the organizations strategy.
• Shall draw upon domain expertise to resolve complex technical problems associated with design or production support activities.
• Provide periodic updates to senior management in the form of progress reports project summaries and other related documents.
• Must foster an innovative work environment leading to identification of opportunities for improvements in product process quality and productivity.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• A Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION.
• Solid project and program management skills.
• Able to drive complex projects to close on schedule.
• Clear concise communication of technical and non-technical issues; able to summarize and present to senior executives (verbal and written).
• Able to prepare comprehensive reports proposals and Statements of Work; fluent in English and proficient with digital tools and collaborative environment.
• Experience developing and executing project/process plans implementing policies and procedures and setting operational goals.

Typical Education & Experience:

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 years related work experience or masters degree with 4 years of experience with an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong leadership ability
• Experience in electrical domain in manufacturing will be an added advantage
