Job Summary

Step into a role of Provider Relations Manager where you will be responsible forexecuting education provider managementin support of theEdAssisteducation provider product portfoliofor a portfolio of enterpriseEdAssistclients. The manager willbe responsible formaintainingand fulfilling client contracts and SOWs(Statements of Work) related to education providersand their custom networks.

The manager willparticipateinrecruitmentandonboardingactivitiesmaintainrelationshipsbyserving as the primary point of contact and update agreements/contracts. Additionally they willassistwith provider performance reviewsin standard and custom productdeliverysettings. They must haveextensiveclient-facing experienceand be comfortable working independently.Experience withhigher education and workforce education industriesspecifically related to corporate and channel partnerships advancement or strategic enrollmentis highly desirable.TheManagerwill report to the Director of Provider Relationswithin theEdAssistProductTeam.

Responsibilities:

Depending on the line of business the position may perform some or all of the below functions:

  • Fulfills client SOWs and contractual obligations for the assigned portfolio of clients

  • Internal project management support

  • Maintainclient custom networks custom networkassessmentsreportingsupport and deliveryto clients

  • Recruitsand onboardseducation providersas part of standard and custom provider product deliveryengaging ininitialoutreach agreement/contract negotiationsproviderorientation/training and similar activities.

  • Serves as primary point of contact forprovider-relatedinquiries troubleshooting and escalationsfor assigned portfolio of clients

  • Serves as internal SME (subject matter expert) for internaland client-facingproject support

  • Proactively develops and grows strong partnerships with providersand clientstomaintaincurrent knowledge of provider offerings and tooptimizeoutcomes.

  • Collectsand analyzesprovider/client alignment metrics to contribute to performance reviews andinformprovider engagement strategy

  • Work closely with internal teams tofacilitateprovider product service delivery quality control and issue resolution.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned that support theobjectiveof the position

  • Support the Director onclient andprovider-focused initiatives and product development

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree

  • Experience Required:3 years in partnership or account management or a position with similar requirements; higher education experience preferred.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft 365 Suite; Salesforceproficiencypreferred

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills includingproficiencyin client-facing communications

  • Proven project management skills

  • Evidence of being highly detail-oriented and organized with ability to work well across teams and in distance/work-from-home environments

  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in dynamic evolving environments

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures:

The annual starting salary for this position is $86000 - $95000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience education and training certifications geography and other relevant business or organizational factors.
