Primary Objective To lead a team of highly effective people and oversee all duties so that the Bulk Plant will operate in a safe and efficient manner. The plant must obtain a reasonable profitability while increasing market share.
Major Accountabilities:
- Maintain plant profitability in all aspects of the plant.
- Become familiar with and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Become familiar with and comply with government and industry regulations: DOT regulations NFPA 54 & 58 regulations State and local codes
- Comply with all credit policies established by Ed Staub & Sons
- Maintain an accurate fuel and parts inventory
- Maintain a positive Ed Staub & Sons image. This will be done at the plant location vehicles and employees.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures set by Ed Staub & Sons. This includes but not limited to:
- Gas check objectives
- Customer files
- Monthly Safety Meetings
- Up to date recall manual
- Monthly Safety Inspections
- New customer packets
- Remain current on product knowledge; service procedures safety procedures and regulations through continued training. Be involved and completely understand dust control operation.
- Achieve high standard in customer service
- Develop employees to reach their maximum capability
- Complete 1:1 with each employee as required as well as quarterly safety/performance reviews.
- Maintain a positive Ed Staub & Sons image. This will be done at the plant location vehicles and employees.
- Maintain current standard pertaining to learning path/ PERC training established by Ed Staub & Sons.
- Enhance Management skills by attending Management classes established by supervisor
