Job Summary

We are seeking a Director ofEnterprise Applications to lead our digital transformation. This is a lean high-impact environment. You wont just be maintaining systems; you will be the primary liaison between our business stakeholders and our application suite driving a major ERP implementation (MRI to NetSuite) through 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Act as the bridge between Finance Accounting and IT partnering directly with Senior VPs and stakeholders to optimize business processes.
Project Ownership: Lead complex system implementations and upgrades including requirements gathering workflow diagramming and managing third-party vendors.
System Optimization: Oversee our core tech stack primarily centered around LeasePoint and Salesforce.
Data & Reporting: Provide recommendations on BI tools (Power BI/Domo) to enhance reporting capabilities and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

The Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in LeasePoint (preferred) or Salesforce (technical perspective).
ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience with ERP implementations is required (specifically moving to NetSuite).
Experience: 5 years in IT/Technical roles with at least 3 years as a BSA or Project Manager.
Industry Background: Experience in Asset Management Leasing or Banking is highly preferred.
The Soft Skills: You must have a strong personalitysomeone who can navigate a high-performance culture wear multiple hats and challenge the status quo with data-backed recommendations.
