Job Overview:

Riverview Psychiatric Centeris currently recruiting for an Intensive Case Manager to work in their social work department. This position provides professional services work in the area of intensive case management for high-risk mental health clients withinRiverview Psychiatric Centerand during their transition into the an Intensive Case Manager you will act as a single identifiable support in a comprehensive and individualized approach to transition clients from the hospital into the community ensuring basic living needs are met and assisting clients in gaining access to medical and psychiatric requirements rehabilitation social peer educational psychological support will directly monitor client integration progress and overall service delivery system. Applicants must demonstrate an understanding of/worked within a comprehensive community mental health system.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelors Degree in one of the Social or Behavioral Sciences and two (2) years experience in professional community mental health work.A Masters Degree in Social Work may be substituted for two (2) years experience.

Licensing Requirements:

You must have the ability to obtain aSocial Worker (LSW) license as issued by theMaine State Board of Social Worker Licensure.
