Senior AssociateJob Description & Summary
We are pleased to announce the establishment of a new Middle Office Operations role within Internal Firm Services and are seeking a motivated and proactive Associate to join the team. This role provides administrative and operational support to internal stakeholders ensuring accurate processing data quality and compliance with defined procedures. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations maintain records across systems respond to queries and assist with ongoing operational activities in a busy office environment.This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established operational function gain exposure to a wide range of internal processes and develop strong administrative and operational skills within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform validation checks to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance
Maintain and update records across systems and databases
Identifyerrors missing information or exceptions and coordinate resolution
Collaborate effectively with engagement teams and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and queries
Support ongoing administrative and operational activities
Assistwith period-end or cycle-based activities as
Support the design development and implementation of middle office workflows controls and best practices
Support change and transition activities byparticipatingin testing training and process readiness tasks
Identifyopportunities for process improvement and contribute to efficiency or automation initiatives
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on procedures and processes where
Maintain clear records and supporting documentation for all actions performed
Follow structured request-based and escalation processes
Identifyrecurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement
Experience and Skills
Minimum23yearsexperience in an administrative operations or shared services role
Experience working with structured processes and defined procedures
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience working with SAPand/or Salesforceis an advantage.
Comfortable working with system data reports and spreadsheets
Good communicationand customer service skills
Ability to follow rules-based processes and escalation paths
Takes ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks
