Position Overview:

The Environmental Health and Safety Manager plays a critical role in creating a safe compliant and highperforming work environment at Regal Rexnord. This individual will own and champion all Environmental Health and Safety initiatives at the facilityproactively monitoring evaluating and evolving safety programs to protect employees and support operational excellence.

This role offers the opportunity to lead by influence drive continuous improvement and make a meaningful impact on the safety culture by ensuring regulatory compliance while embedding safety into daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops improves and deploys Environmental Health and Safety internal procedures and controls.

• Drives Environmental/ Health and Occupational Safety Management Systems Waste Minimization Emergency Management Employee Engagement communication accordance withISO 9001 requirements.

• Responsible for obtaining andupdatingrequired permits and EH&S reports to regulatory authorities.

• Conduct safety meetings audits and inspections to ensure compliance evaluate performanceidentifycorrective action and implement follow up assessments to drive performance.

• Manage workers compensation and claims management including coordinating return to work activities and claim resolution.

• Ensure all Fire and Emergency Equipment (Extinguishers Pumps Smoke Detectors Sprinklers Valves and Fire Alarms) are complying and functional.

• Deploy and manage ergonomic standards within the site.

• Be capable of aligning the local team and influencing others to achieve the desired EHS performanceobjectivesoutlined by corporate initiatives business unit initiatives and local/site initiatives.

• Partners with leadership team and plant manager to create a safety andsustainabilityculture through performing job risk assessments and behavior modification programs.

• Provide disciplinary action recommendations as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.

• Raise awareness at all organizational levels of the impact of emerging EHS issues including ethical social responsibility best practices and legislation.

• Follow Regal Rexnord/Regulatory Safety Policies and Procedures to perform assigned work duties in a safe manner.

Required Skill and Qualifications

• Previous Manufacturing Experience required

• 3-5 years of EHS management experience required similar levels or areas.

• Acting in a supervisory/management/leader role

• Strong understanding of environmental regulations

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred

• Site Responsibility is preferred

• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills detailed oriented well organized self-motivated and strong work ethics.

• Strong knowledge to coach and mentor others.

• In-depth knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety Regulations.

• Ability to work and engage with all levels of stakeholders.
