Manager Azure Integration Services

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Azure Integration Services to lead our integration team in designing implementing and managing cloud-based integration solutions using Microsoft Azure. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Azure Integration Services including Logic Apps API Management Service Bus Event Grid and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture design and delivery of Azure-based integration solutions for enterprise clients.
• Manage a team of integration developers and architects providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering application development and infrastructure.
• Define and enforce best practices for integration patterns security scalability and performance.
• Oversee project timelines resource allocation and stakeholder communication.
• Stay current with Azure platform updates and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to solution design proposals and client presentations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• 7 years of experience in integration services with at least 3 years focused on Azure Integration Services.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Azure Logic Apps
  • Azure API Management
  • Azure Service Bus
  • Azure Functions
  • Event Grid / Event Hub
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in Azure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Azure Developer Associate).
• Experience with hybrid integration scenarios involving on-premises systems.
• Knowledge of other integration platforms (e.g. Boomi MuleSoft Informatica) is a plus.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
