About the Role
A well-established optical provider is seeking a qualified Contact Lens Optician to deliver personalised contact lens solutions tailored to individual patient needs. The role involves working within a committed and professional team that maintains high clinical and technical standards. With a strong focus on continuous improvement the successful candidate will be supported through ongoing training and access to the latest products enabling excellent aftercare and the development of long-term patient relationships.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with branch teams to deliver high standards of patient care and customer service
Use professional expertise to recommend and fit appropriate contact lenses and care solutions
Maintain excellent clinical and technical standards across all aspects of contact lens fitting and aftercare
Participate in Continuing Education and Training (CET) to remain up to date with industry advancements
Build and nurture strong patient relationships encouraging loyalty through exceptional service
Work across multiple branches as required gaining varied and rewarding professional experience
Candidate Profile
This role would suit a qualified Contact Lens Optician who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and building strong patient relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of contact lens fitting and aftercare alongside a commitment to maintaining professional standards through ongoing professional development. Flexibility to work across different locations and a friendly patient-focused approach are essential for success in this role.
