We are looking for an experienced Creditors Clerk Controller to join our team in the agricultural sector! You will be responsible for managing our creditors and ensuring timely payments to our suppliers. If you meet the criteria below and you possess excellent organisational skills we want to hear from you!

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Matric
• Finance Bookkeeping Accounting Qualification
• Minimum of 5 years experience in role of Creditors Clerk Controller Accounts Payable
• Agribusiness Industry experience and exposure ADVANTAGEOUS
• Must have excellent communication skills inEnglish & Afrikaans ESSENTIAL
• Strong analytical and organisational skills coupled with excellent communication & negotiation skills geared for client liaison
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Computer proficiency: MS OFFICE EXCEL - ADVANCED SAGE PASTEL XERO ESSENTIAL
• Duties include:Full Creditors duties Allocations of Costs Accounting process up to bank processing take full ownership of allocated creditors accounts processing of invoices from suppliers onto Xero Sage Pastel checking all supporting documentation Preparing relevant reconciliations resolve queries ad hoc duties related to role
• Own reliable vehicle & valid Drivers Licence (no endorsements) ESSENTIAL
• Contactable references and SAPS C & C clear checks for shortlisting process

• Confident on Sage Pastel Xero MS Excel Advanced MS Office 365
