We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Consultant Lead Consultant to join our team in Mumbai/Pune Mahārāshtra (IN-MH) India (IN).

Job Description: Salesforce Lead Developer

Experience Level: 6 Years

Role Overview

As aSalesforce Lead Developer you will play a pivotal role in designing enhancing and implementing scalable and robust Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements architect solutions and guide development teams to deliver high-quality role requires strong technical expertise across Sales & Service Cloud hands-on integration experience and the ability to lead teams while also contributing to pre-sales and solutioning discussions

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Team Leadership

Analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Define and enforce standards for application design coding and database architecture.

Provide solution direction and mentor developers on best / Mentor team especially in project execution.

Drive outcomes facilitate clear communication and close open-ended discussions with clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute insolution consulting and customer workshops.

Deliverdemos and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) rapidly (within 12 days).

Development & Implementation

Configure and customizeSales Cloud and Service Cloud features.

Implement end-to-end platform functionalities including workflow approvals user setup and admin tasks.

Handle data migration including mapping transformation and Salesforce with external systems via REST SOAP WSDL Middleware tools and thirdparty applications.

Manage deployments using SalesforceDevOps tools (e.g. Copado Gearset or similar).

Must-Have Skills

6 years of hands-on Salesforce development -to-end implementation inSales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Strong experience withSalesforce integrations (Middleware/REST/SOAP/WSDL).

Hands-on withSalesforce Lightning Apex Visualforce SOQL/SOSL Batch Apex.

Experience withdata migration & system configuration.

Familiarity withSQL JavaScript HTML XML and integration methodologies.

Ability to document test develop and deploy solutions across environments.

Ability to assess client needs and provide effective scalable with Release Management tools (Copado AutoRABIT Gearset).

Experience working inAgile/Scrum environments.

Experience withJIRA or equivalent task management written and verbal communication skills with client-facing exposure.Platform Developer I (PD1) Platform Developer II (PD2).

Nice-to-Have Skills

Salesforce Certifications:Salesforce Data Architect Salesforce Integration Architect

Experience integrating with AWS platform and P2P systems.
