Leons is currently looking for a self-motivated Customer Service Supervisor toensure that customers receive excellent after-sales service to oversee vendor relations to ensure that all open files are maintained that reports are run and appropriate actions are taken and to ensure that associates adhere to company policies

Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellence in customer service
- Recruit hire and develop staff through coaching goal setting and conducting performance appraisals
- Handle escalated customer service issues and offer solutions
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Lead by example by promoting teamwork within all departments
- Ensure a high-level of data entry accuracy with minimal errors
- Understand implement and ensure compliance with all Leons policies & procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Positive Attitude

- Willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate clearly both written and orally
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to interact professionally with our customers
