Job Summary
Staffing Coordinator
Shift: Full Time
Rate: $19 to $23.50/hr. (depending on experience)
Harris Hill Nursing Facility is seeking a detail-oriented organized and people-focusedStaffing Coordinatorto join our team! In this vital role you will be the backbone of our scheduling operationsensuring our residents receive the highest level of care by keeping nursing staff coverage strong and efficient.
What Youll Do
Coordinate daily and weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all nursing units.
Monitor call-offs arrange coverage and communicate updates with supervisors and team members.
Track and manage time-off requests shift swaps and attendance records.
Collaborate closely with HR and nursing leadership to support staffing needs and retention goals.
Maintain compliance with state and facility staffing requirements.
Build strong relationships with staff by being approachable fair and solution focused.
What Were Looking For
Prior scheduling staffing or healthcare office experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software (experience with UKG/other healthcare systems a plus).
A positive team-oriented attitude and a passion for supporting frontline caregivers.
