Job Summary
Description
- Timekeeping & Attendance
- Maintain accuracy of employee time records in the companys time-tracking system.
- Balance daily time entries process manual timecards and manage scheduled/unscheduled time off.
- Track and document attendance incidents in accordance with RKMC policies.
- Production & Administrative Support
- Prepare and distribute work order documentation to production teams.
- Create and print labels (wire electrical boxes etc.) as required.
- Support supervisors with clerical tasks that ensure efficient plant operations and performance metrics.
- Onboarding & Training Records
- Provide administrative support during new hire orientation including Mission Criticalspecific onboarding sessions.
- Track and maintain training and certification records (e.g. scissor lift forklift overhead crane).
- Monitor compliance with required training (CenCore security harassment prevention etc.).
- Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
- Assist with developing visuals documents and reports to support Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide clerical support for continuous improvement projects as assigned.
- Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in business administration preferred).
- 2 years of clerical administrative or data entry experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Technical Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Experience with timekeeping or HR systems (ADP Kronos or similar) preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Organizational & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong recordkeeping in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with employees and supervisors.
- Team-oriented with a service-minded approach.
- Perform these and other comparable related duties as instructed by your supervisor and/or management.
- Requires frequent sitting standing and walking within the plant.
- Exposure to typical manufacturing hazards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to: stand sit talk hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer telephone and a variety of office equipment.
- Occasionally may need to reach stoop or kneel.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
