Rain is looking for an experienced high-energy sales professional who understands Enterprise Sales and how to sell executives cost-savings or business performance solutions.

What youll do:

• Develop and support Rains sales pipeline to support ambitious growth plans for financial technology solutions for employees
• Create and grow prospects via lead qualification
• Maintain broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with prospects
• Engage sales development representative team to drive progress in their pipelines
• Build relationships with customers and account teams up to the C - Level to present product information solution propositions account review and support for the ordering process
• Actively showcase and promote Rains commitment to financial technology solutions and close partnerships with industry leaders including SHRM APA and others

Who you are:

• 3 years of experience with technology or solution sales (experience selling Human Capital Management solutions highly valued but not necessary)
• Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills; must own and contribute at every stage of the sales lifecycle
• Ability to promote complex technology solutions and project manage them
• A high level of demonstrated customer interface along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience within Earned Wage Access HR tech or fintech is highly preferred
• Strong sales presentation negotiation and organizational skills

Compensation:
$75000-$90000 Base $160000-$OTENote this is a range and we take in a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position.
