Franklin Sussex Hyundai is growing and were looking for a motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team! If youre great on the phone love helping customers and want to build a career in the automotive industry this is your opportunity
What Youll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls texts and internet leads
- Set and confirm sales and service appointments
- Follow up with customers in a professional friendly manner
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Be the first point of contact that creates an exceptional customer experience
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (phone text and email)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus but not required)
- Reliable punctual and team-oriented
