Pugmire Ford of Cartersville is looking for a high-energy results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities
Professionally manage all inbound leads with speed accuracy and confidence.
Convert incoming sales calls into qualified showroom appointments.
Make80 outbound calls per shiftto prospects and existing customers.
Follow up with unsold showroom traffic to regain opportunities.
Maintain long-term customer follow-up for retention and future sales.
Keep detailed accurate notes in the CRM to support the sales team.
Follow all dealership processes and adapt quickly to workflow changes.
Schedule
MondaySaturday
One weekday off each week
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour break) OR 10 AM -7 PM (1-hour break)
Qualifications
Prior BDC experience is a plus.
Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
Process-driven reliable and self-motivated.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
Professional presence and a customer-first mindset.
Compensation
Hourly pay commission
