Position Summary:
Thomson Power Systems is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support highvolume and specialized hiring across leadership supply chain and product development. This role owns the full recruitment lifecycle partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract engage and hire top talent in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment. The Recruiter plays a critical role in delivering an efficient datainformed hiring process while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
YOUR MISSION
Major Responsibilities:
Own the full recruitment process from intake to offer and onboarding handoff for your designated portfolio
Partner with hiring teams in the US and Canada to fill leadership roles across corporate functions
Source proactively using job boards sourcing tools and direct outreach through industry networks
Deliver a smooth professional experience for candidates and hiring teams
Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes
Maintain organized workflows and documentation in Workday Recruit
Optimize use of recruitment tools (ATS sourcing platforms CRM) to support efficient hiring
Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment practices and support workforce planning
ARE YOU THE ONE
Required Education Experience and Skills:
Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field or equivalent experience
7 years of recruiting experience across hourly and salaried roles
Proficient with ATS systems (preferably Workday) and sourcing tools such as Greenhouse LinkedIn Recruiter HireEZ and Indeed
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple requisitions
Experience using recruitment data to guide decisions and improve processes
Hourly Rate:
$28.5 - $38.5
We consider many factors including the successful candidates skillset and experience as well as internal equity. The final salary offer will be presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
