Job Summary
The Customer Supply Business Operations Specialist is responsible for leading operational engagement with key customers and ensuring seamless execution across the full ordertodelivery this role you will manage customer relationships drive forecast and demand accuracy and oversee supplyrelated escalations to protect revenue and maximize customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with Sales Planning Logistics and Business Units to ensure aligned priorities and highquality service performance.
Key responsibilities include managing daily customer communication monitoring backlog health improving order coverage and ontime delivery and leading customerfacing discussions such as CFTs QBRs and service reviews. You will own the supply and service strategy for your customers ensuring compliance with NXP operating procedures audits and contractual obligations while identifying continuous improvement opportunities through Lean methodology. You will also coach and support team members fostering strong collaboration and developing future talent.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working in customerfacing roles preferably within supply chain or semiconductor environments
- Strong endtoend supply chain knowledge including demand planning manufacturing and logistics
- Effective email and written communication skills along with strong crisismanagement and stakeholderalignment capabilities
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to prioritize under pressure
- Experience with SAP or supply chain reporting tools a plus
- English fluency required; Spanish language skills preferred
