Job Summary

M365 AI Administrator

Memphis TN (Hybrid-remote desired: 3 days onsite per week)
6 months (should be extended)

The Microsoft 365 AI Administrator is responsible for administering governing and enabling Microsoft AI platforms including Microsoft 365 Copilot Power Platform and Copilot Studio. This role combines platform administration AI governance and hands-on enablement agent development support and driving enterprise training and adoption programs to ensure scalable responsible use of Microsoft AI capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS
* 5-7 years of experience in IT cloud or platform administration roles with deep experience in Microsoft 365.
* Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 Copilot Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
* Strong understanding of AI governance security and compliance in enterprise environments.
* Proficiency with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell Python APIs).
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to train document and influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Azure AI or Azure OpenAI services.
* Experience partnering with Microsoft consulting partners
* Background in change management enablement or enterprise technology adoption.
* Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks and emerging AI regulations.
