Your role:

EMyth doesnt just sell business coaching. We give small business owners a framework for how to think about their business their people their customers and themselves so they can build a thriving business that doesnt depend on them. As an EMyth Coaching Advisor youll sell EMyth Coaching by guiding prospects to aha moments helping them uncover how theyre standing in their own way and whats possible for their business and their life when they start to work on their business not just in it.

What youll need:

• Coaching experience and coach training is not required.
• A real-world understanding of small business and small business owners as a result of owning a small business working as a manager for one or growing up in a small business family even better if the business youve been associated with has applied EMyth principles
• A BA or BS is preferred but not required.
• An appreciation for how your skill at listening for what people are really telling you can combine with a proven sales methodology to produce a result thats greater than the sum of these parts.
• A willingness to immerse yourself in EMyths perspective on building a business that works and EMyths prospect engagement methods as the context for your work as an EMyth Coaching Advisor
• An ability to work independently and productively in a remote environment and nurture relationships with teammates despite physical distance
• Proficiency across a range of technologies and apps
• A quiet professional home office with a wall directly behind your desk where no windows or doors would be visible on a Zoom call
