Job Summary

Position Overview

Responsible for supporting assigned product development activities and projects for the Canadian Flavour Solutions business under the general supervision of the Sample Room Manager. A Passion for Food.

Key Responsibilities

Actively participates as Product Development support. With support from the Product Development team will support sample preparation (blending) packaging shipping and stock maintenance duties

Support raw material management to maintain production continuity and CCI

Support raw material database updates

QUALIFICATIONS

Ongoing post-secondary education College or University
Some knowledge of food safety HACCP and GMPs would be an asset
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and actively participates as an important product development support and resource. Good communication and presentation skills. This role requires a strong attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills. Experience with food preparation would be ideal. Strong Experience with computer systems (e.g. Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word).
