Cristo Rey Jesuit High School seeks a creative organized and collaborative Manager of Marketing and Communications to support institutional marketing and communications across Advancement the Corporate Work Study Program Enrollment academics and school-wide initiatives. Reporting to a member of the Advancement team and working closely with colleagues across the school this role is well suited for an early career communications professional who enjoys both execution and strategy and thrives in a mission-driven relationship-oriented environment.
The Manager supports and collaborates with leadership faculty and staff colleagues in the protection promotion and enhancement of the CRJHS brands reputation working across all departments to ensure brand alignment.

- Academic and school-wide communications
- Digital and social media engagement and website maintenance
- Create and maintain relationships with outside vendors and independent contractors
Key Responsibilities
Advancement Communications (30%)
- Support communications for fundraising campaigns donor stewardship alumni engagement and Advancement events.
- Assist with messaging and promotion for signature events and institutional initiatives.
- Translate Advancement priorities into clear audience-appropriate communications.
- Develop and maintain annual marketing plan and calendar
Corporate Work Study Program Support (30%)
- Partner closely with CWSP leadership to support corporate partner communications and outreach.
- Develop materials that highlight student work-study experiences and employer partnerships and business development.
- Elevate the CWSP model through storytelling and external-facing communications.
Content & Storytelling (10%)
- Work with department heads to create edit and manage content for emails newsletters social media print materials and the school website highlighting student achievement academic programs alumni outcomes donor impact CWSP partnerships and enrollment milestones.
- Maintain a consistent voice and tone aligned with Cristo Reys mission values and Jesuit identity.
Digital & Social Media (10%)
- Manage day-to-day digital communications and social media platforms.
- Maintain content calendars aligned with Advancement CWSP Enrollment and academic priorities.
- Monitor engagement metrics and use insights to improve reach and effectiveness.
Enrollment & Admissions Support (10%)
- Collaborate with the Enrollment team on recruitment enrollment and family engagement efforts.
- Develop marketing materials for open houses tours enrollment campaigns and admissions events.
Academic & School-Wide Communications (10%)
- Support communications related to academic initiatives student life and school-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with academic leadership to highlight faculty curriculum and student experiences.
- Draft press releases and external communications support media outreach and responses as needed and assist with communications planning for time-sensitive or high-priority situations.
- Create on-demand marketing collateral and assets
Qualifications and Desired Skills
- Bachelors degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Experience managing digital content and social media platforms.
- Technical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop SEO Canva Google Analytics Constant Contact website maintenance and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
- Interest in education nonprofit or mission-driven work.
- Spanish Speaking is a plus
