Job Summary
Task Responsibilities:
The position holder is responsible to manage supervise and coordinate the station in relation to the companys ground/flight operational and administrative activities.
As such they are responsible to ensure the correct execution of the various tasks concerning freight acceptance/handling. They are also responsible that loading flight and ground operations are performed in accordance with the companys quality system as described and continuously updated in the GROUND OPERATIONS manual and flight operations quality manuals
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Manage all administrative processes of the station
- Ensure safe and reliable completion of all ground operations activities
- Guarantee that flight operations activities are performed as per CV processes and procedures by the local Ground OPS representatives
- To contribute to team efforts
Working Conditions:
- The position holder is based in Chicago Illinois.
- The position demands a regular presence in the office and requires vacation and other absences to be planned so as to avoid conflicting with service needs.
- This position requires the ability to walk bend lift/pull/push up to 50 lbs and go up/down stairs.
- Flexibility may be needed with working hours. The position holder shall keep informed their line manager on their whereabouts and the means of telecommunications through which they will be reachable for urgent company needs while on company mission.
