Sr. Project Manager (HR Programs) Contract Engagement

12 month contract
Onsite 4 days/week Newport Beach CA

Role Overview
As a Contract Senior Project Manager you will lead and support HR-focused initiatives spanning data people processes and enabling technologies. This role partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to drive execution across complex cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead HR project initiatives including coordination of business activities and support for standing up new locations
Create and maintain Epic and Feature roadmaps aligned to business goals and timelines
Drive planning execution and delivery across multiple HR workstreams
Translate HR business needs into clear project plans and actionable milestones
Partner with HR IT and business teams to ensure successful adoption and outcomes

Must-Have Experience

Hands-on experience with Workday particularly in Compensation or related HR modules
Background delivering HR-related projects across functions such as HR Operations Talent Acquisition or Compensation
Strong understanding of core HR disciplines and the ability to explain and execute against them
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools (SharePoint Teams PowerPoint Excel)
Experience using collaboration and project tools such as Smartsheet and Planview
