Sr. Project Manager (HR Programs) Contract Engagement

Role Overview
As a Contract Senior Project Manager you will lead and support HR-focused initiatives spanning data people processes and enabling technologies. This role partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to drive execution across complex cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR project initiatives including coordination of business activities and support for standing up new locations
- Create and maintain Epic and Feature roadmaps aligned to business goals and timelines
- Drive planning execution and delivery across multiple HR workstreams
- Translate HR business needs into clear project plans and actionable milestones
- Partner with HR IT and business teams to ensure successful adoption and outcomes
Must-Have Experience
- Hands-on experience with Workday particularly in Compensation or related HR modules
- Background delivering HR-related projects across functions such as HR Operations Talent Acquisition or Compensation
- Strong understanding of core HR disciplines and the ability to explain and execute against them
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools (SharePoint Teams PowerPoint Excel)
- Experience using collaboration and project tools such as Smartsheet and Planview
