Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in person and by phone.
Schedule confirm and manage patient appointments.
Check patients in and out efficiently.
Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
Collect copays and process patient payments.
Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR).
Scan file and manage patient documentation.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
Maintain a professional organized front office environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous medical front desk or healthcare office experience preferred.
Knowledge of medical scheduling and electronic medical records (EMR).
Basic understanding of insurance verification and copay collection.
Strong customer service communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Reliable transportation
Pass Background check and UA Drug Screen
$12-$15 DOE
