CORY is hiring a Senior Asset/Portfolio Manager for a growth-oriented real estate investment platform. This hands-on leadership role requires translating underwriting into strong real-world multifamily performance through strategic thinking and disciplined execution at both the property and portfolio levels.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

Manage full-cycle multifamily asset operations from acquisition through disposition.
Execute business plans to meet return targets and drive NOI growth via revenue optimization and expense control.
Oversee capital improvement projects ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Lead and hold third-party managers accountable using KPIs and reviews.
Analyze financial performance variances and risks implementing corrective actions.
Conduct site visits to validate execution.
Prepare succinct performance reports for stakeholders.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

7 years in multifamily asset/portfolio management preferably value-add/distressed assets.
Proven success in executing value-add plans and improving asset performance.
Strong financial acumen: budgeting variance analysis KPI-driven decisions.
Experience managing CapEx and external partners.
Independent operator close collaborator with leadership.
High ownership action-oriented accountable.
Bilingual strongly preferred
