As the Strategy & Operations Manager you will develop and drive consistency standardization and continuous improvement across C&T reporting processes and governance frameworks. This role involves extending the efficiency of the office of the CISO and organization by delivering outstanding operational rigor organizational effectiveness and curating strategic artifacts and ensuring information is current accessible and serves as the single source of truth. Own key reporting on organizational initiatives and cross-functional programs content creation & management and contribute to building a best in class cybersecurity organization.
About You
You are a self-starter and process oriented leader with an unwavering attention to detail. You have experience using industry standard methodologies and scaling an operation functions. A strong candidate will thrive on getting into the details on a variety of topics including annual / fiscal year planning program management & reporting and community and culture building. You must be meticulously organized and have exceptional relationship management skills with a proven track record and building strong credibility with leaders at varying levels.
Business Qualifications:
6 years of experience in cybersecurity project or program management finance operations strategy consulting technology or equivalent
BA BS or equivalent degree in Business Computer Science or a related field
Other Qualifications:
Experience in an enterprise software or technology environment
Cybersecurity focused experience or experience working closely with functional and cross-functional teams
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing communications strategies for internal and external partners
Ability to collaborate across teams to a matrixed environment
Ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced team including highly technical topics

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus as well as annual refresh stock grants.
