Synergie Australia is seeking a Production Support Coordinator for a trusted client located in Tullamarine.

The important parts:

Hours:MondayFriday 8:30am5:00pm

Location: Tullamarine

What you will be required to do:

Youll provide operational and compliance support across the Tullamarine and Woodend manufacturing sites working closely with PMO engineering quality and production teams.

Supporting manufacturing to ensure adherence to cGMP and internal Quality Management Systems
Assisting manufacturing and engineering teams with deviation investigations compliance actions and audit readiness
Working through a backlog of compliancerelated activities (including records actions and documentation)
Providing technical writing support and updating documentation as required
Supporting onboarding of contingent workers training LMS updates and maintaining compliance records
Attending weekly project meetings and shopfloor meetings (production quality engineering)
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to meet compliance targets
Escalating nonconformances and significant risks to leadership
Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements
Supporting CAPA closeout quality systems tasks and continuous improvement initiatives

To be successful in the role you will:

Have 5 years experience in a similar role
Strong GMP experience (essential)
Capability in technical writing and documentation management
Experience working within manufacturing or operational environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Problemsolving mindset and ability to prioritise competing tasks
A Science or Engineering degree (minimum requirement)
