Synergie Australia is seeking a Production Support Coordinator for a trusted client located in Tullamarine.
The important parts:
- Pay:$55-65 per hour Super
- Duration:6-month
- Hours:MondayFriday 8:30am5:00pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Tullamarine
What you will be required to do:
Youll provide operational and compliance support across the Tullamarine and Woodend manufacturing sites working closely with PMO engineering quality and production teams.
- Supporting manufacturing to ensure adherence to cGMP and internal Quality Management Systems
- Assisting manufacturing and engineering teams with deviation investigations compliance actions and audit readiness
- Working through a backlog of compliancerelated activities (including records actions and documentation)
- Providing technical writing support and updating documentation as required
- Supporting onboarding of contingent workers training LMS updates and maintaining compliance records
- Attending weekly project meetings and shopfloor meetings (production quality engineering)
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to meet compliance targets
- Escalating nonconformances and significant risks to leadership
- Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements
- Supporting CAPA closeout quality systems tasks and continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful in the role you will:
- Have 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong GMP experience (essential)
- Capability in technical writing and documentation management
- Experience working within manufacturing or operational environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Problemsolving mindset and ability to prioritise competing tasks
- A Science or Engineering degree (minimum requirement)
