Pay : HK$24191 to HK$28623 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. To provide operational and executive support in relation to facilities management and building maintenance.
2. To liaise with various stakeholders including clinical users licensing department and maintenance contractors for the expedient provision of equipment maintenance services.
3. To provide clerical support which includes but not limited to application of license preparation of department financial position reports meeting minutes and annual plan.
4. To assist in planning cashflow management monitoring and reporting the performance of work agents for facilities management and equipment maintenance.
5. To conduct site inspections to review the performance of contractors.
6. To provide emergency on-call service and work outside office hours in case of emergencies and when required.
7. To carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
Entry Requirements
1a) Tertiary education with experience in the relevant / specialized discipline; OR
b) F.5 / S.5 with certified advanced technical / supervisory training / skill AND well experienced in relevant discipline AND possess license as required.
2. Possess valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green card).
Preferable Attributes
1. Relevant experience in facility management and building maintenance is an advantage.
2. Proficiency in PC applications including AutoCAD MS Access PowerPoint Excel Word and Chinese word processing.
3. Good command of basic written and spoken English and Chinese.
4. Working Experience / University Graduates in building services engineering / building surveying / construction discipline.
5. Proactive responsible self-motivated and able to work independently.
