Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will support the management of a high-volume book of middle-market commercial business ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $55000 - $60000 annually
- 401(k) Plan: Available

Responsibilities
- Support the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks to meet client needs.
- Set up and maintain accurate account details contacts and policy information in EPIC.
- Organize attach and name documents in EPIC.
- Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications including BOR proposal letters change requests and proofs of insurance.
- Process policy endorsements in EPIC.
- Create activities in EPIC and assign tasks to applicable team members.
- Order and manage loss runs.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Work Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance.
Licenses/Certifications
- State Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
- Ability to learn and understand insurance coverage fundamentals.
- Strong written oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co-workers and clients.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to find common ground and resolve issues effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends products and technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently.
- Ability to work under the close direction of senior team members to achieve objectives and deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EPIC software is a plus but not mandatory.
- 1 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
