What Were Looking For

Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders including vendors agencies and students
Ability to support the preparation and execution of training events and information sessions
Skill in coordinating communication across departments and external partners
A creative approach to developing and distributing promotional materials
Strong budgeting awareness with the ability to monitor expenses and track account activity
Leadership ability to supervise and mentor student assistants effectively
Capacity to manage inventory and ensure program materials are ready and accessible

What Youll Be Doing
Providing administrative and logistical support for the LoveWorks and Study Abroad programs
Coordinating application onboarding and preparation phases for student travelers
Managing document collection and tracking for traveler requirements such as visas and health clearances
Collaborating with travel agents church leaders and international partners
Organizing program supplies maintaining inventories and distributing resources
Supporting planning and execution of training events for participants
Liaising with internal departments to ensure program needs are met smoothly
Monitoring budgets reconciling expenses and reporting to Accounting and Finance
Supervising student assistants in administrative promotional and logistical tasks
Maintaining program records including financial documentation and promotional content
Qualifications
Two years of clerical experience with emphasis on data and financial tracking/management
One year project management experience or equivalent with emphasis on logistical details
Strong computer skills including the use of Google applications as well as MS Word Excel Access and website maintenance and ability to type 45 wpm
Strong organizational skills including ability to use independent judgment in prioritizing and carrying out tasks
Ability to work effectively while under deadline pressure and with multiple interruptions
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and command of correct English usage spelling grammar and punctuation
Understanding of and commitment to the spiritual mission of the university
Evidence of Christian commitment and active church addition staff agree to live in agreement with PLNUs Community Life Covenant.
