This is a front-line high-impact role for recruiters who know how to win who can partner with senior leaders and who want their work to matter beyond filling seats. At Axon we dont recruit for jobs. Your Impact
As a Sales Recruiter at Axon you will own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact sales roles that directly fuel our growth and mission. Youll act as a talent advisor not an order-takershaping role profiles influencing hiring decisions and building pipelines that scale with the business. Youll partner with driven sales leaders operate with urgency and accountability and help raise the bar for what great looks like across our sales organization. Recruiting here is a team sport but ownership mattersand youll have plenty of it.
This role is based out of our Seattle WA office andfollows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. What Youll Do
Location: Seattle WA
Reports to: Director Talent Acquisition
Own the full lifecycle recruiting processfrom proactive sourcing through closefor sales roles across the business.
Partner closely with sales leaders to define what excellence actually looks like not just whats written on a req.
Build intentional future-ready talent pipelines across our go-to-market organizationincluding Account Executives Strategic Customer Success Managers Key Account Executives Sales Development Representatives and more.
Use data and market insight to guide decisions challenge assumptions and improve hiring outcomes.
Source aggressively and creatively using LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed Greenhouse and whatever else gets results.
Continuously test measure and improve recruiting strategies tools and workflows.
Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Axons branddirect respectful fast and human.
Build trust with hiring leaders by being decisive candid and solutions-oriented.
Drive inclusive hiring by proactively sourcing diverse talent and embedding equity throughout the hiring process.
Juggle multiple high-priority searches without dropping the ballor your standards.
What You Bring
5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate required; agency experience a plus)
Proven success recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles in fast-paced environments
Strong sourcing chops and a track record of building high-quality pipelines
Comfort managing high-volume high-visibility requisitions
Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed
Sharp instincts strong judgment and the ability to move fast without being sloppy
A data-informed mindsetyou know what to measure and why it matters
High accountability strong organization and a bias for action
