Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Low Voltage Foreman to lead and oversee field operations for commercial low voltage projects. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise across systems such as CCTV access control structured cabling AV and networking along with proven leadership experience managing crews in the field.
The Senior Foreman is responsible for executing projects safely efficiently and in alignment with project specifications while coordinating with project managers clients subcontractors and internal teams.
Field Leadership & Execution
- Lead supervise and mentor field technicians and installers on job sites
- Execute installations of low voltage systems ensuring adherence to design and specifications
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure productivity and quality standards are met
Project Coordination
- Collaborate effectively to ensure alignment on schedules scope and deliverables
- Coordinate daily field activities manpower and material needs
- Provide regular updates on project progress timelines and solutions for challenges
Technical Expertise
- Install test and troubleshoot low voltage systems including CCTV access control cabling infrastructure AV and networking
- Interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings
- Ensure installations meet industry standards and client requirements
Quality & Safety
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations on all job sites
- Conduct site safety checks and ensure proper use of tools and equipment
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure installations pass inspections
Documentation & Reporting
- Track daily work logs material usage and field reports
- Assist with as-built documentation and project closeout requirements
- Identify and communicate change orders or scope deviations

Compensation
- $45$50 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule
- Full-time in-person position
- Flexibility required to meet project demands including occasional overtime and off-hours work

Requirements:
Qualifications Skills & Abilities
Experience
- 5 years of hands-on experience in the Low Voltage industry
- Proven experience leading crews on commercial job sites as a Foreman or Lead Technician
Technical Knowledge
- Strong expertise in low voltage systems including CCTV access control structured cabling AV and networking
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints schematics and riser diagrams
Leadership Skills
- Ability to lead motivate and manage field teams effectively
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced environments
Communication Skills
- Clear communication with project managers clients and team members
- Ability to provide accurate field updates and reports
Soft Skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
